This is one of those types of breads that are so simple, yet absolutely delicious. We use this dough at our bakery for all our sandwiches and toast. It's sour, moist, crunchy on the outside.. The perfect everyday sourdough. Toast it and eat it with french bordier butter and homemade jam - its the best!
