Our superseed bread is inspired by a version my mom used to make back home in Denmark called, stenalderbrød, which directly translated means stone age bread. We tweaked the recipe a little bit and added coconut oil and oats and it’s delicious. Flour-free, organic and vegan. We serve it toasted at our Old Town Goleta bakery with farmers market almond butter, tart cherry jam and flaky salt.
